About the event
Help us transport 2,000 sunflowers from the Sun Dance event to Walthamstow’s newest community garden on Mission Grove, right next to Mission Grove Primary School. Once there, we will work together to plant the flowers to make a bright yellow sunflower meadow in the heart of Walthamstow, a space for all the community to enjoy.
‘The Big Dig’ starts at 11am and goes on for as long as you want to stay. Bring shovels, your cargo bike, forks, watering cans, your family and friends and your 100% renewable energy.
