Horticultural Trainer Part time: 3 days per week- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with occasional week-ends plus additional unpaid coop responsibilities Salary: £20,930 pro rata Based at: Hawkwood Community Plant Nursery and will also work at outreach garden sites across Northeast London 2 year contract subject to a 3 month probation period. Deadline: Monday 11th March 5pm Interview date: Friday 22nd March

This role is part of a dedicated food production team, based at Hawkwood, our 12 acre market garden, and will deliver practical horticultural training with a focus on food growing. Organiclea are looking for someone with demonstrable horticultural experience (especially food growing) and experience of delivering experiential learning in a range of settings.

Outreach Gardens Development Worker Part time: 3 days per week, with occasional week-ends plus additional unpaid coop responsibilities Salary: £20,930 pro rata Based at: Hornbeam Environmental Centre, Walthamstow, London E17 4AH & various community gardening project sites in Waltham Forest and Newham 1 year contract subject to a 3 month probation period. Closing date: Monday 11th March, 5pm Interview: Monday 18th March

This role will be to design and deliver a programme of support, training and mentoring to new community food growing projects. This role will: coordinate the creation of new community food growing sites; delivering training and skills development activities targeted at disadvantaged individuals; supporting existing community gardening projects to become sustainable; and building new partnerships within the community sector.
